Your mission with us
Your tasks
In our 24-month trainee program, you will work hands-on with us to push the boundaries of medicine through brain-computer interface technology. Your role will focus on three core areas:
After completing the traineeship, you will further deepen your area of expertise and prepare to take on leadership responsibilities. Our goal is for you to step into a project leadership role within three years of joining us.
- Technology Development: Support the development of next-generation brain-computer interfaces, with a particular focus on probes and electrodes as well as chip design and connectivity.
- Research & Strategy: Analyze the latest scientific and technological developments in the BCI field and translate your insights into strategic recommendations for management.
- Regulatory & Application: Help define promising application scenarios and address regulatory challenges to bring our technology closer to real-world, life-changing products.
After completing the traineeship, you will further deepen your area of expertise and prepare to take on leadership responsibilities. Our goal is for you to step into a project leadership role within three years of joining us.
Requirements
We are hiring across all experience levels. What matters are exceptional abilities and the drive to push boundaries. This is what sets you apart:
- You are passionate about shaping the next major innovation in the health-tech sector and thrive in a fast-paced environment with fast decision-making paths.
- You have recently completed your degree (master’s or PhD) in Engineering, Computer Science, Medicine, Neuroscience, Pharmacy, Biology, or comparable fields, with excellent results.
- You are highly driven, quick to familiarize yourself with new topics, and able to communicate complex matters in a clear and concise way. Ideally, you have demonstrated these qualities through internships, extracurricular activities, social engagement, or similar experience.
- You are fluent in English or German at a minimum of C1 level.
